Step 1: First contact

First contact is initially done by phone or email. To give us more information about your circumstances, please complete the contact form below or simply give us a call at (204) 318-3285.

 

Step 2: Initial phone call

We will have the opportunity to discuss your needs and address your questions. If the matter is relatively simple, we will be glad to tell you over the phone how we can help you and provide you with a free estimate. However, in order to have a better understanding of your circumstances, we generally recommend a face-to-face meeting.

 

Step 3: First meeting

It can either take place at your premises or in our Winnipeg office. You can bring to the meeting any document relevant to your situation (previous tax return, business plan, financial statement, etc.) or keep matters informal. Our staff will answer all your questions and try to gain a deeper understanding of your life objectives and business priorities. At this stage, we can tell you exactly how we can help you meet and exceed your goals and we will provide you with a detailed written proposal and price.

 

Step 4: Proposals

We will send you a proposal that will outline in detail the services provided (tax return, bookkeeping, compilation, etc.), how we will work together, the results and advantages expected and the price agreed upon.

 

Step 5: Easy transfer

It's easy to switch from previous accountants to us. We will take care of all the formalities and we will write to them on a Pro Forma letter explaining tactfully the switch and authorizing them to provide us with all your necessary information. It's very straightforward and at no additional cost to you.

 

Step 6: Congratulations!

We're glad to have you on board. We will send you all the engagement and welcome letters along with the contact details of your primary contacts at Youssef Bezzahou Chartered Professional Accountant.
